It’s Bowl time! Football galore! Who doesn’t like to watch a ton of college football teams duke it out on the field? Not all at once of course. In San Diego we have the Poinsettia Bowl sponsored by The San Diego County Credit Union at Quallcomm Stadium. This year the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs will be up agains the Northern Illinois Huskies. Who will win? Those spikey frogs or the sharp-toothed dogs? Better be at the game to find out. It’s Christmas time again and you know what that means! The Nutcracker Ballet–not to be confused with The Nutcracker Suite–comes to town! This year its at the San Diego Civic Theater. I personally have never seen this ballet–or any for that matter–but it has been one I’ve wanted to see all my life! Don’t be like me and miss your chance again. Since we’re talking Football, here is another awesome game coming. The San Diego State Azetcs are playing the Colorado State University Rams. Their initials are CSU but that is not to be confused with California State University schools–which SDSU is as a matter of fact. Thursday December 7th should be a beautiful evening if you like to listen to classical violin. Andre Rieu with his Johann Strauss Orchestra will be in concert at the iPayOne Center in San Diego.
