I know it is a little early to be looking for tickets to the Pacific Life Holiday Bowl in San Diego’s Qualcomm Stadium, but just think — they might cost a lot more if you wait too long. If the box office doesn’t have the seats you want here are the places you should look next:
Great news everyone. This dude named Justin says he is finally going to bring sexy back. Oh how we missed sexy… it will be nice when he brings it back to San Diego.
Yup Justin Timberlake has cut off the Ronald McDonald hair and is on tour showing off his fancy new buzzcut. He is mighty popular these days so getting tickets to his San Diego concert at the Sports Arena (iPayOne Center actually) will be tough. And with Pink (or is it P!NK?) opening for him it makes these tickets even more difficult to come by. On on top of all that San Diego is the first stop on this massive tour so loads of people are gonna show up just for the opening night thing. But never fear — the brokers always seem to have tickets to sell anyway. Here is a survey of the top three places you should shop online for tickets:
The Cheetah Girls are coming in concert to in January to San Diego’s iPayOne Center (the fancy new name for the San Diego Sports Arena). Some people think the Cheetah Girls are just the latest corporate manufactured preteen girl group… well those are pretty much right. The Cheetah Girls are a prefab outfit put together and force fed to us by the Disney mega-corporation. But hey, preteen girls can’t get enough of this kinda stuff so I guess you give the people what the people want (or at least what you can convince them they want). If you are having trouble getting the tickets you want to this upcoming show at the box office here are the places I suggest you shop online for them: (more…)
Dance has made a TV comeback. Between Dancing with the Stars and So You Think You Can Dance, cutting the rug isall the rage on TV now. Well the traveling raod show is coming to San Diego at the iPayOne Center (aka the Sports Arena). The ticket brokers have been getting their hands on a lot of the best seats so if you are in need of good seats to the show here are the best places to hunt online:
Guns ‘N Roses is coming to San Diego in January for a show at the iPayOne Center. Well at least the current iteration of Guns ‘N Roses is coming to town. Here is the current lineup:

* Robin Finck – lead guitar
* Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal – lead guitar
* Richard Fortus – rhythm guitar
* Tommy Stinson – bass guitar

If there were awards for cool band names Panic! At the Disco would surely win something. Ok, I might dock them a few points for the superfluous exclamation point, but in general it works quite well. I assume it in reference to the Classic Smith’s song called PANIC… At least I hope it is. Of course, these guys are no Smith’s, but they are making some waves lately. Their wiki says:
Panic! at the Disco is an alternative rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada.
The band has created a fusion sound that combines elements of pop punk, emo, electronica, dance, and indie rock.
Their 2005 debut album A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out charted the Billboard 200 reaching #13, and has sold over one million copies since its September 2005 release.
Anyway, Panic! is coming to San Diego on December 9 and here are the best places to get tickets to premiere seats:
You’re looking for tickets to see Larry the Cable Guy 12/3/06 in San Diego and we’re here to help you git ‘er done. (more…)
Alright, I admit it: The Doodlebops kinda creep me out. My toddler likes the show well enough but I cringe every time it comes on. Seems too similar to the weird psychedelic stuff from decades past like HR Puff n Stuff and that always creeped me out as a kid. Plus, the whole music dance theater thing that the doodle bops reek of just ain’t my thing.
But let’s face it — The Doodlebops are not targeted toward dads; the Doodlebops are targeted toward little kids and little kids eat this kind of stuff up. So if you are looking for primo seats to their San Diego show we have you covered. (more…)
Woohoo! The Pads did it. National league West champs and those stinkin’ Dodgers got stuck with the wildcard spot. (Neener neener neener Dodgers!) So while they travel cross country to take on the Mets your Pads get to come home to take on the Cards. Now if you thought there were no tickets left to the Pads/Cards best out of five series you were wrong. Tickets are available and I’ll show you the way to the best places to shop. (more…)
